Directions
1. In a large soup pot, sautee the onions until transparent in the olive oil; add the chicken and saute for ten more minutes on medium heat.
2. Add the tomatoes, spices and the broth, bring to a boil and simmer for at least 15 minutes.
3. Stir in the True Lime.
4. In a bowl, mix the avocados and the green onions.
5. Pour the soup into bowls, and garnish with the green onions and avocados, and finally, the crispy tortillas. Enjoy! You can add fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish.
